Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order before it is processed and delivered. Once packing or delivery has started, cancellation is not possible.
Returns & Exchanges:
You can request a return of the product within 24 hours of receiving it, provided it is unused.
To return a product, contact our Customer Service to submit your request and receive the return address.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, send photos within 24 hours to confirm your claim. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.
If the packaging is damaged but the product is intact, or if the package is missing according to the tracking number or invoice, you must file a claim directly with the delivery carrier.
Exceptions:
Refunds are not available if the address provided is incorrect.
Refunds are not available for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
Steps to Request a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact ourΒ Customer Service with photos or evidence if required.
2. Once approved, send the product to our address at your own expense, ensuring it remains unused.
3. Provide the tracking numberΒ or invoice.
4. Once we receive the returned product or the tracking numberΒ or invoice, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
